Modern real estate
As my agency grew, I was always tempted by real estate. The idea of something making money for me every month was appealing — but I didn't want to deal with tenants, late-night issues, or the risk of managing properties.
Instead, I transitioned much of my agency into an MRR model and started building software products to generate recurring revenue. What's awesome is that anyone can get into the MRR game now with software — you don't even need to make your own products to earn 30%+ a month on subscriptions.
